Refund & Returned Policy

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are without original packaging will not be eligible for return .

2. Process for Return or Exchange

• To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team via WhatsApp at  or email at within 7 days of receiving your order.
  Provide your Order Number and clear photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  If your return request is approved, Buraki Cosmetics will cover the shipping charges for both the pickup and the re-dispatch of the order.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 7 days of delivery.
  Send photos and details to our support team to expedite your replacement or refund.

4. Refund Policy

We offer two options for refunds:

1. Store Voucher: Get a voucher equal to your refund amount, valid for 3 months, redeemable at Bellabags.pk
   Cash Refund: If you prefer, a refund to your original payment method will be initiated within 48 to 72 hours after return approval.
